The smart manufacturing, medical, and self-service terminal industries are continuously increasing their requirements for the compatibility and touch stability of industrial capacitive touchscreens. Green Touch's self-developed industrial capacitive touchscreens boast core advantages such as high light transmittance, high precision, and strong anti-interference capabilities. The hardware is natively compatible with three mainstream touch control cards: EETI, VIDA, and ELI, and is compatible with all operating systems including Windows, Android, and Linux. Considering different usage environments, the company has compiled complete procurement solutions and sensitivity debugging standards, providing customers with one-stop touchscreen support services.

The procurement recommendations for the three control cards each have their own focus: ELI control cards have outstanding cross-system compatibility and simple debugging operations; Green Touch's capacitive touchscreens can quickly complete parameter matching, making them suitable for bulk purchases of small and medium-sized equipment. EETI control cards have excellent electromagnetic filtering performance; when paired with our shielded capacitive touch panels, they provide double protection against interference from workshop motors and frequency converters, making them the first choice for machine tools and power control equipment. VIDA control cards offer faster multi-touch response; combined with Green Touch's ultra-thin sensing electrode technology, touch is lag-free and line drawing is smooth, making them suitable for precision medical equipment and high-end testing terminals.

For different operating conditions, touch sensitivity can be flexibly adjusted: In clean, ambient temperature environments, factory-optimized parameters can be used directly; in humid, foggy workshops, the sensing threshold is lowered, leveraging Green Touch's waterproof coating technology to reduce accidental touches due to moisture; in strong electromagnetic industrial scenarios, the EETI control card is used to enable filtering mode; in outdoor wide-temperature environments, the sensitivity is finely adjusted using the EETI control card, and the screen is equipped with a temperature-resistant sensing chip to prevent touch drift under temperature fluctuations.
All Green Touch industrial capacitive screens come pre-loaded with multiple sets of debugging parameter templates, along with complete driver documentation, and our technical team provides one-on-one remote debugging support. Compared to industry-standard capacitive screens, our products support rapid hardware integration with control cards, requiring no additional board modifications, significantly shortening customer equipment development cycles, and ensuring long-term stable operation under various complex conditions. The following explains the sensitivity adjustment logic, compatible control cards, and purchasing recommendations for different scenarios.
Sensitivity Adjustment Principles and Operations for Different Scenarios:
1. Clean, Ambient Temperature Cleanroom: Adjust sensitivity to medium to high. In an environment free of moisture and electromagnetic interference, higher sensitivity enables rapid response to light touches and smooth operation of precise points. The best results are achieved when used with the Weida control card.
2. For humid food processing and water purification production lines: Lower the sensitivity. Moisture will form a conductive film on the screen surface. Excessive sensitivity can easily cause false touches and automatic screen jumps. Our waterproof coating reduces moisture absorption, and this can be solved by adjusting the sensing threshold using EETI.
3. For CNC machine tools and power control cabinets in strong electromagnetic environments: Set the sensitivity to medium-low and enable hardware filtering. Motor noise will be captured by the high-sensitivity panel, causing touch drift and malfunction. The EETI control card provides dual anti-interference, balancing stability and touch feel.
4. For outdoor charging stations in wide-temperature environments: Set the sensitivity to medium. Temperature changes alter the conductivity of the touch chip. Excessive sensitivity can cause drift at low temperatures, while excessive sensitivity can result in no touch response at high temperatures. EETI's fine-tuning parameters, combined with the product's built-in temperature-sensitive chip, suppress touch drift.
