GreenTouch’s 32-inch open frame touch monitors have recently been successfully deployed in self-service government kiosks across Israel, providing citizens with an efficient and convenient digital public service experience.

In recent years,Israel has vigorously pursued the digital transformation of government services, with nearly 70% of public services nationwide now digitized. The Population and Immigration Authority has deployed multiple self-service kiosks across 26 offices,allowing citizens to independently apply for biometric passports or ID cards in just minutes. Cities such as Tel Aviv and Ramat Gan have also launched digital service initiatives for residents, integrating over 60 services—including municipal bill payments, parking permits, and educational information—into a unified system.

The unit features a 10-point capacitive touchscreen built upon A+ grade industrial LCD panels (from manufacturers such as AUO, LG, and BOE) and offers automatic signal source detection. Its front panel meets IP65 (water and dust resistance) and IK08 (impact resistance) standards, with optional surface treatments including AG (anti-glare), AF (anti-fingerprint), and AR (anti-reflective). Certified for EMC compatibility, the display effectively resists interference from ambient light, signals, and electromagnetic sources. The large 32-inch screen provides an intuitive, user-friendly interface, ensuring smooth operation for tasks ranging from information inquiries and form filling to bill payments; this effectively reduces waiting times and enhances service efficiency.
