Capacitive Touch Foil Overview

GreenTouch's XTA series of capacitive interactive touch foils, with their large size, transparency, durability, and adaptability, provide touch solutions for commercial and professional fields that demand a high level of spatial awareness and visual impact.A comprehensive size range from 32” to 65” ensures compatibility with:Commercial display and retail: such as interactive windows, digital signage, interactive advertising machines; education and conference collaboration: such as smart whiteboards, electronic blackboards; public service terminals, financial and self-service equipment.
Function And Structure

Our capacitive touch foil composed of two transparent thin films,with a grid matrix layer consisting of a layer of metal wires crisscrossed by X and Y axes.It can achieve full transparency, whether flat or curved, and is waterproof, stain-proof, and free from light interference. It also features a borderless design for touch control.FPC has good flexibility and high flexibility,use high stable IC and circuit control board
Connections and Systems

Mounting Steps

1. Surface Preparation: Ensure the mounting surface (e.g., the back of glass or acrylic sheet) is clean, flat, and dry.
2. Alignment and Adhesion: Peel off the protective layer of the touch film. Align the sensing side (the side with the circuit pattern) with the back of the medium, carefully adhere it, and use a scraper to remove air bubbles to ensure a smooth, wrinkle-free finish.
3. Connecting the Controller: Connect the flexible printed circuit (FPC) end of the touch film to the matching touch control board via the connector.
4. Electrical Connection: Connect the control board to a computer or main control device using a USB data cable.
5. Driver Installation and Calibration: Install the driver on the computer and complete the calibration in the operating system's "Touchscreen Settings".
