On November 1, 2024, Shenzhen Greenstar Display Technology Co., Ltd. meticulously organized a variety of team-building activities to further enhance team collaboration and strengthen cohesion and understanding among employees. This team-building event brought together personnel from various departments of the company, all eagerly anticipating this challenging and joyful team-building feast.

I. Team Presentation: Igniting Team Passion Company personnel were divided into 4 groups, and each group presented their team in turn.

II. Fun Games: Enhancing Team Spirit

(I) Ball Run Across the Horizon

The activity began with the "Ball Run Across the Horizon" game. Team members carefully passed a small ball through a specially designed U-shaped tray. Ultimately, [Team 4] successfully delivered the ball to the finish line thanks to excellent teamwork and consistent performance, winning the first round. (II) Drumming and Ball Bouncing The following game, "Drumming and Ball Bouncing," brought the atmosphere to a climax. A huge drum was surrounded by multiple ropes. Each team member held onto one rope and, by working together, controlled the rise and fall of the drumhead to bounce a ping-pong ball. Ultimately, the [Flying Leap Team] emerged victorious with an outstanding record of 66 consecutive bounces. This game demonstrated that the power of teamwork lies in shared goals and concerted effort; with concerted effort, unexpected achievements can be made.

(III) Friendly Tug-of-War

The most exciting and competitive event was undoubtedly the friendly tug-of-war. Team members from each group were eager and ready to compete, standing at either end of the rope. With the referee's whistle, the competition officially began. The team members gritted their teeth, leaned back, and pushed off the ground with all their might, pulling the rope towards their side. This tug-of-war allowed everyone to experience the immense power of mutual trust and support among team members, and also strengthened their friendships through competition.
